His journey from passionate hunter to respected educator has been marked by countless successful hunts, continuous learning, and a deep understanding of elk behavior.

Driven by a desire to share his hard-earned knowledge, Michael established Elk Calling Academy to help both novice and experienced hunters overcome common challenges and find consistent success in the elk woods. His practical, no-nonsense approach to teaching combines time-tested techniques with modern strategies, ensuring that every student gains the skills and confidence needed to master the art of elk calling and hunting.
